[feature request] Support PowerPC64 CPUs

PowerPC64 has always been popular amongst the enterprise and researchers (FYI IBM has just announced IBM POWER11 CPU and has superb Linux support). Many people in the PowerPC community has been running Linux Mac G5 or RaptorCS Blackbird / Talos II for years and greatly contributed back to the development of Linux kernel and related OSS projects. I would like to ask if the team has plan to support PowerPC64 CPUs. If the answer is yes, I am more than happy to set up remote access to my Linux PPC64 box for development.

It makes sense to support PPC.

I do not own such hardware and my knowledge about PPC is near 0, so I do not think I will work on this feature (even if QEMU can do PPC emulation).

I think it may be a good issue for someone that want to be involved in libcpuid.
