Music plays at wrong rate depending on Windows sound settings.

If the Windows Sound control panel is set to a frequency other than 44100 Hz the music plays at the wrong rate and pitch.
Tested on Windows 10 build 14393, on Chrome 54 Dev, Firefox 47, and Edge 14.
