b.   ein „Sammelwerk“ +im Sinne dieser Lizenz ist eine Zusammenstellung des Lizenzgegenstands +mit Werken oder sonstigen Elementen. Beim Sammelwerk sind Auswahl und Zusammenstellung +als solche selbständig urheberrechtlich geschützt. Ein Sammelwerk gilt nicht als Werk +zweiter Hand gemäss Ziff. 1 lit. c dieser Lizenz;

7.   Beendigung
