Light dimension 13 not supported

Originall reported here - #7 - the light has a setting called Delayed OFF for Slave (s).

If this is set, then BUS sends this sequence

1. Light off - *1*0*32##
2. Problematic dimension 13 message - *#1*32*13*0*100**1##
3. then this *#1*32*4*100*0##
4. then again light off - *1*0*32##

The setting on the light is this:

I did not find the dimension 13 documented in the documentation
