Wallet 1.1.0 Lauching and closing Issue on Windows 10 x64

Hello team, i have issue at first launch (after restart PC) on latest full-node-wallet.
First of all when i start it first time from a day i get this error:

second launch always succesfull.

Second issue when i tried closing wallet from X...it's not closed like should be, it's freez and need open task manager for stopping wallet process.

Please fix this issues ASAP. Thank you very much. Best regard, Andrey.

@AndreyTG The first issue can be resolved by starting the anon full node (anond) and then starting the full node wallet. The second issue has been resolved in the latest release.
