Setting up `pkg.pr.new` in CI to have an installable npm package url for every PR

What do you think about adding https://pkg.pr.new/ so that every new PR gets a installable url so we can try out packages easily?

Then in any project package.json you could add "overrides": { "@opentui/core": "https://pkg.pr.new/..." } }
