Unable to view files within my project folder with subdirectories (each a git repo)

Setup

• Windows 11 Pro (AMD)
• Installed OC with npm -g .. (not using WSL)

Issue

• Unable to tag files/folders within parent directory

Unable to see any files/folders with @ for tagging

1. Create a parent folder
2. Add subprojects ui, backend, mcp, etc
3. Try adding files with @
