Make it possible to switch between local and remote inventories using the CLI

See #59. The feature can be enabled by modifying the Escape config, but it would be nice if we had a command and user flow for it.

For #61 we enabled the local inventory by default, but also started proxying some namespaces to escape.ankyra.io by default. We need to update the "escape login" command to be able to modify these settings, and we also need an equivalent command for local inventories. Might require some reordering altogether.
