Testing Framework initial setup

We need a repeatable process for testing the performance of the firewall against an Antelope rpc node.

For example: a script that emulates thousands of requests per second from many different IPs. Push the same queries to

1. a single node
2. multiple nodes behind HAProxy/NGINX round robin proxy
3. latest antelope firewall build with similar settings as above
4. latest antelope firewall with custom application specific settings

I set this as a goal for Milestone 2 but I think we should have some basic implementation in Milestone 1
