Stats exporting

The firewall should be able to log request status as well as export aggregate statistics. This could be implemented as a basic endpoint that returns a JSON object which lists aggregate requests rejected/allowed any any other data we may think is useful.

stretch goals
Maybe we could implement a stats endpoint where you can query for a specific IP and get more detailed stats about the status of this IP. Maybe we have the option to log the data or write to an external DB for easy analysis with external tools.
