Support for ignore files

We always want to ignore any files that do not want to add in our documentation.

This would be awesome. I just tried frontend-md and really like it, but some files are getting documentation, even if they should not, e.g.:

|
|  |- js/
|
|    |- /
|      |- main.js ____________________________ # browserify entry point and main script
|
|      |- vendor/
|        |- .gitignore _______________________ # -
|
|      |- modules/
|        |- throttle.js ______________________ # in case of a "storm of events", this executes once every $threshold
...

As an idea: ignore every file with an unsupported extension and everything from .gitignore?

Would be super–handy if it was possible to ignore a file/directory.

Even it was just built in ignoring of dotfiles, that would help.
