[Feature Request] add new option MinimumNPS/MaximumNPS in RequestBotSettings.ini

It would be nice for streamers to set a maximum and a minimum notes per second limit/range.
If the streamer wants maps in a certain range or just above/bellow NPS.

Not the killer feature of all time but useful who want it can use it.
