[Bug] SRQ doesn't show with any requests when I try to !bsr

I was working on setting up !bsr for streams and this was the only compatible plugin. The SRQ shows up, but nothing is in it. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. 
I downloaded this mod from ModAssistant.
