Weather Alerts?

Great library!!!! Very well written.

I noticed that there are a couple of files associated with OpenWeatherMap weather alerts. However, these don't seem to be included in the project nor are the supporting entities present. Are alerts a work-in-progress or am I missing something obvious.

I will read through the weather alerts documentation (https://openweathermap.org/triggers), and implement it (it was WIP).
