gem download problem

When I try installing arcadia using gems I get the following:

$ sudo gem install arcadia
ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError)
SSL_connect SYSCALL returned=5 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server session ticket A (https://api.rubygems.org/api/v1/dependencies?gems=arcadia)

it seems a rubygems/openssl problem !
Try to update them.
Have you the same error installing other gems ?
