Hi Andy (@andyborrell),
I’m a huge fan of AeroToy. Since the project has been dormant, I decided to do some 'data archaeology' to keep it alive. I’ve spent the last few days analyzing the YAML and .sub files (no decompilation of the .exe was performed, respecting your license).
I was amazed by how sophisticated your CFD and Joint systems are. I’ve discovered:
How to create custom parts and subassemblies.
How moddable the game is.
How to leverage your CFD for 'Blown Wing' effects and etc (which is incredible!).

I just wanted to show you that your work is still appreciated and has huge potential. If you ever consider a v0.2 or opening the source, there's a community ready to support it!
