tag "3gpp-application.ims.iari.rcs.ext.messaging" seen in RCS chat INVITE messages

Sometimes, we see "3gpp-application.ims.iari.rcs.ext.messaging" tag in INVITE messages during a chat.
This tag should be seen only using RCS usage communications.
