Using actions and dependabot

Thank you for such a nice TUI. I just started exploring Apple containers and saw your lazycontainer.
Looking at the repo I did not see actions being used to build the binary or release. So though just reach out to see if you plan to add those in future. Even if notI just created a PR to enable dependabot to atleast keep the security patches and versions bumps going.

A gh actions to build and release the binary would be nice to have in the future too.
