It would be nice to have a collection of models

It would be nice to be able to pick models with/without an ocean or with/without anisotropy, or use PEM not PREM, etc. Ideally we would have a file format for these and ship a collection. I think I have a nice way of doing this (for elastic constants tensors) somewhere. Need to look.

Would make problems like #8 go away.
