Tasker and the Exit Intent

I'm trying to get Tasker to Exit Headunit Revived when the car bluetooth is disconnected, but for the life of me I just can't get the Send Intent action to work.

This is what I have:

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Manually the Exit App shortcut works just fine. I tried to get Tasker to launch the shortcut instead, but HURev doesn't appear in the list of shortcuts either.

Shizuku and macrodroid work to kill application, been using it to shut down the original Headunit reloaded.

I would consider it the nuclear option. I'd like to exhaust all options to making the built-in intents work.
