Issue with Installing ENMTML Package

Hi, I am encountering an issue with installing the ENMTML package, particularly because rgeos and rgdal are no longer available. I have tried using both Windows and Mac, as well as downgrading the R version, but the issue remains unresolved. Do you have any suggestions?

I created a conda environment with R 4.1 and used conda to install "rgeos".
conda install -c conda-forge r-rgeos
Notably there are still some dependency that need to be installed using conda even after installing rgeos and regal.

@GRYgh I have solve the issues with installing R version 4.2.1 and also install RTools 4.2. after that try to install with several try and error with this script

1. Check R Version (Use R version 4.2.1 dan Rtools 4.2)

version

2. Install Rtools 4.2

3. Update all pacakage

update.packages(ask = FALSE)

4. Install packages manually

Install rgdal

install.packages("https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/rgdal/rgdal_1.5-32.tar.gz", repos = NULL, type = "source")
if (!requireNamespace("remotes", quietly = TRUE)) {
install.packages("remotes")
}
remotes::install_github("cran/rgdal")

Install rgeos

install.packages("https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/rgeos/rgeos_0.5-9.tar.gz", repos = NULL, type = "source")

5. Install supporting package

required_packages <- c("raster", "sp", "sf", "dismo", "ENMTML")
install.packages(required_packages)

install.packages("caret")
install.packages(c("lattice", "ggplot2", "Matrix"))

6. Install ENMTML

remotes::install_github("andrefaa/ENMTML")

remotes::install_local("C:/Users/DELL/Downloads/ENMTML-master/ENMTML-master")

7. Cek Packages

library(rgeos)
library(rgdal)
library(ENMTML)
library(ENMTML)
help(ENMTML)
