Add mode raid: optimize against Average Raid Damage (ARD).

• GUI: Select "Raid" in Mode to use ARD. Select "PVP" to use winrate (as before).
• CLI: It's auto detected. Use Flag "win" for winrate.

Support Apocalypse-n for level 1 to 25. Apocalypse for max level (26).

The raid is based on MK's Spoiler and my observation. Take your own risk on the results.
Feedback is welcome to improve raid sim. :)
