[Suggestion] Add an option in the star scoping side-panel to include the entire world list.

Add an option in the star scoping side-panel to include the entire world list including unscoped stars, so that a scoper can hop to unscoped stars.

Why? This makes it much easier to hop to worlds that have not been scoped yet, instead of hopping to already scoped worlds when switching between this side panel and the world hopper. These worlds could be greyed out and perhaps there should be a filter for pvp and total worlds for this list too.

Considering how Jagex changed the activity to basically only require one scouted world, I'm not quite sure I understand why you would want to scout all/many worlds anymore. Is there a specific reason you'd want to?

I am a scout in the Star Miners chat/Discord, and we crowdsource the scoping of worlds so we can always scout new stars throughout a wave. When few to no scouts are online, sometimes scoping is left to a single individual to maintain continuous upkeep of an active scope/star list. While this does not occur very often, and the Star Miners plugin's passive scouting functionality basically always ensures that at least a handful of active stars are listed, many active scouts also scout new stars to renew their double dust bonus, meaning that a list of pre-scoped stars is virtually always still being maintained when there are many people scouting.
