no icon appears after installing the extension

Brave Version 1.16.68 Chromium: 86.0.4240.111 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 10

[very naive user of chrome extensions]
I did the install action on Home >Extensions > Export Tabs, which seemed to succeed.
I assume there's supposed to appear an icon in the upper right corner of the browser window, but there is none.
How am I supposed to use this extension?
[I could not find a support page for this extension -- should I post elsewhere?]
