Code the workflow of

1. compiling the iProfiles and pProfiles into two long data sets for analyses. Profiles with a 'test' prefix are dummy data that can be used for testing, and deleted later.
2. Run simple diagnostics, checking for missing data , duplicate titles.
3. Resample the dummy data to get a mor full dataset for testing
4. Create figures (and possibly tables)

This workflow could perhaps be coded using targets?

Step 3 will be side-stepped later when we have real data.

Step (target) 2 could perhaps result in a textual output with a list of errors and warnings?
