Show indication of DB lifecycle status in the CLI output #3275

What would you like to be added
Today the latest.json that hosts where to download the latest DB has a status indication indicating the lifecycle of the DB schema itself. This should be present somewhere in the CLI output if we deprecated or EOL. We should consider adding this to the JSON output aswwell.
Why is this needed
Though the latest.json is publicizing the status, it is not elevated to the point where a user can be alerted and take preventative action. We need to get ahead of implementing this well before schema v7 is in development.
