I'm trying out setting pacoloco as CacheServer instead of Server on my Arch "clients" now, but can't promise any commitment to follow up here at this time.

If the 'CacheServer' entry is used on every single client machine and none of them have ever run 'pacman' with the 'Server' entry, the 'mirrors_db' table in the 'sqlite-pkg-cache.db' file will not be populated and packages prefetching will not work.
