city / country data and widget

Projects need it
User accounts need it
Project Dashboard filter need it.

SO we have to store the country and many cities data in the db i think.

And we will need to use the LANG tool to translate the values into the supported languages too.

SO the data model needs to support that too.

I knwo a lib that does it for golang and will find it now.
We can then use it to pump the data into our DB.

Where it should live ?
Sys or Mod level.
