UAT - no need for data event from Project Dashboard to go to VicMet / Grafana #140
Description
GCN have changed to not needing data collected in vicmet / grafana from the Project Dashboard.
This data was needed to track the effectiveness of the Campaigns.
This was changed by them we pointed out that the Funders want a secure system where we do not collect user meta data.
Instead they will just talk to the Orgs owners and get feedback verbally.
So this removes all that code.
Suggest that it just be commented out, or the file be changed to .gox because i can see it will need needed later in v3.
In V3 we will add PII, to ensure that no personally identifiable information is stored in the backend analytics system.
