Dynamic File Icons

Can we use dragonfly to dynamically compose file icons (with extension names) to more accurately reflect the file types used by the end user?

Seems like a nice feature. We need to make sure we don't impede the end-user's ability to override with their own icons though.

Moved these mime-type specific icons into our config file so they can be overridden by the developer as needed.

Going to leave this issue open for now.
