Comment on preload #113

This is not an issue, just a comment.
I noticed the code checks for IE to do preload on stylesheets. I believe it should be preload on any modern browser. Loading all stylesheets as "preload" make them non blocking when loading then when complete, you update to rel="stylesheet" to activate them.
