[Suggestion] Save As Location and not having to put .ttml

It would be really nice to be able to choose the file location where the ttml gets saved.
On top of that, mainly a QOL, it would be nice if we didn't have to add the .ttml at the end. (The amount of times I've forgot to do it is annoying)

A better file handling system has been implemented in our next-generation TTML editor.

Note that the new one is currently under active development and i18n stuff isn't completed yet. As planned, English version will be available within a month.
