Fix tox with docker-compose.

#427 introduced an easy dev setup using docker-compose.

While it runs pytest without issue, trying to run tox in it causes a permission issue.

For now, we have accepted the PR, as tox still works on travis and the version bump and convenience of the new setup were more important.

But this would be nice to fix at some point.
