Feature Request: Enable SR-IOV (MxGPU/GIM) Support for Consumer Radeon iGPUs (e.g., 880M/890M) and RDNA 3 dGPUs

There is massive demand within the KVM/Proxmox and homelab community for GPU sharing functionality on consumer hardware.

Please prioritize SR-IOV (GIM/MxGPU) support for:

1. Consumer iGPUs: Specifically the new Radeon 880M/890M (Ryzen AI series).
2. Consumer dGPUs: Radeon RX 7000 Series (RDNA 3).

Why This Matters (Use Cases):

• VDI/Homelab: Allows users to run multiple lightweight VMs/Containers that require display and basic GPU acceleration.
• Media Services: Enables multiple Plex/Jellyfin containers/VMs to concurrently access the VCN engine for hardware transcoding.
• Competitiveness: Intel iGPUs currently support this capability (GVT-g), impacting platform choice for virtualization enthusiasts.

Even just supporting MI8/25/50 with SR-IOV GIM, but also Firmware and Guest Drivers would be a great boon.

Edit: apologies, autist in me meant that even MI25/50 don't have firmware and guest drivers freely available today. Getting this same functionality working on both Instinct and Consumer variants without searching and flashing obscure firmwares and hacking guest drivers for it to work is definitely the goal.
