Tikz error

With the latest version, exporting a basic diagram with bent arrows, I get:

Package pgfkeys Error: I do not know the key '/tikz/quiver/ratio', to which you passed '-0.30000000000000004', and I am going to ignore it. Perhaps you misspelled it.

Any hints?

Yes, it appears to run into the same mistake with the last version.
