fonttool-gtr.py pack not working

I tried to unpack Mili_falcon_w.ft from amazfit gtr that worked, but when I tried to pack it didn't work. I think the code in this file not been modified from fonttool-bip.py pack code, please fix it. I want to add thai language notification to this file. Thank you.
