Sorry but I don't use nor develop this plugin anymore and I have absolutely no idea if it will work with redmine 1.3.1 (but I'm afraid it will not...)

Well, that's the same kind of answer : I'm afraid it will not.
But you can use my redmine_meetings plugin instead. You will have the same functionalities + meetings calendar and redmine_meetings will work with redmine 2.3.0.
