nPopup ContentPopup and no titles

Under Windows 10 x64, some ContentPopup sources don't work. (ex: !PopupAdminTools)

Also, popups that omit the title don't get loaded.

Request would be to respect old style or add option to hide titles.

For Win10: since author is not currently using Windows at all, least that one, don't expect immediate attention.

For the adminTools in windows 10, you can go to "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools" and search for something (mine was empty, so I guess it's not a bug itself, at least for the adminTools thing).
