Add setting to disable Universal Links auto-opening app

Universal Links often force links to open in installed apps instead of Safari, which is frustrating when I prefer the browser (e.g., better multitasking, privacy, or features).

Please add an option to prevent Universal Links from automatically opening in apps (globally or per domain/app)
