Romanian radar data seems to be absent around midnight

In the last table hour 0 is missing. I have checked slightly different issues seem to occur in other radars, this is a problem on their side and out of scope for getRad but can cause testing issues

Last night the 0 hour seems to work just need to check what happens at midnight:
