Formats in SWO

As a more general point for discussion, we should determine how best to develop formats in SWO when we may be able to MIREOT them as necessary from other sources (e.g. https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/edam/terms?iri=http%3A%2F%2Fedamontology.org%2Fformat_1915&viewMode=All&siblings=false) to focus more on the software aspects.
