Server folder unavailable.

The how.md and demo.md reference a server folder that does not exist. I think these were moved to the serice/src folder but I am not sure. Can you update the docs to reflect the current layout.

The "server" referenced by those files is the nginx or nodejs demo that Dario was working on during the hackathon. These never quite worked. In the next week we should have a working Java TLS client/server example that will replace these.

Those files can be removed. The nginx worked, we didn't have time for nodejs.
demo.md shall also be deleted.
We shall clean the openssl implementation and examples. Go is cleaner. No need for history records...
