These need to be turned into individual issues, some already have - Have draw it rotate and size the SVG prior to export - text/email when your photo is about to be drawn, being drawn, done... Like a pizza tracker? - don't let the queue get too deep (turn people away at 4-5 images) - separate the taking photos vs processing part (rapid fire photos) - show the queue to the patrons: photo/drawing - include text on the image (name, drawing number, etc) - log average draw time - track which choices are made. Can we do less processing? - use a digital camera or a outward screen for photo taking - let the patrons drive? - optimize svgs for fewer vectors - test image invert - have some nice big examples of famous people - better lighting - A bracket for the paper would make it faster - Multiple plotters would reduce single points of failure - Allow people to frame their own photo (foot pedal/screen?) - better camera - send SVGs to folks as well (as PNGs?) - Auto zeroing? - Background blurring?
