Why getting an Api key is soo hard.

I tried to get an api key to download a dataset for m'y project but i am getting only the automatic answer email, i tried to contact also for a réactivation of a former key nothing.
Any ideas anyone please.

Sadly, still not accepted, but apparently they are very busy.

@Tarik37 Did you manage to get one yet? They sent me mine in June (after 6 months of waiting) and, when I got around to trying it, it's already deactivated or never worked at all. I just wanna download s2orc :(((
