Bolt endpoint down?

When I try to connect to the Bolt endpoint using the official Neo4j Python client I get the following error:

ServiceUnavailable: Failed to read from defunct connection Address(host='grapal.allenai.org', port=7687) (Address(host='34.223.245.19', port=7687))

There's a good chance I'm doing something wrong but before I dive too far into debugging I figured I'd ask if this endpoint looks good on your side.

I should note that I'm using driver = GraphDatabase.driver("bolt://grapal.allenai.org:7687") to get the connection.

I'm able to query the HTTPS endpoint just fine, so this issue is not urgent.
