Requesting a feature for downloading only the newly added data

Hi, I have a query/request for updating the downloading procedure for the data. Right now, if someone needs the latest version, the user would have to download the whole dataset all over again. Can there be a feature where only the newly added/changed/updated files can be downloaded?
