PHP warnng invalid argument

I’m trying to get the code to work, but I keep getting the following:

PHP Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/ethos/auto_switch/scripts/auto_switch.php on line 187
bool(false)

How to fix this? Anyone?
