Send vague prompt with grade

As a user, I want to send a vague prompt to ALLe and get graded, so that I can see how high of a hallucination chance the bad prompt has

Acceptance Criteria

• Given I click the next button, when I am done with the IDE changes, then I will be redirected to the AI panel bad grade page
• Given I click on the only available prompt, when I wish to, then I will get a bad grade from the AI
