[F&E]: Document access to spacecraft metadata #17

@alfonsoSR

Description

@alfonsoSR

Description:

As of version 1.2.11, the program can process experiments observing a reduced selection of spacecraft. These missions are listed in an internal catalog, under src/pride/data/spacecraft.yaml, which includes metadata such as the name of the metakernel for the mission, whether kernels should be downloaded from the ESA or NASA archive, or a list of possible names.

The fact that information is stored in this way, that only missions listed in this catalog can be analyzed, or how to add a new spacecraft to the list... is all information that should be made available on the documentation website.

Whether it would be a good idea to make this catalog more accessible to users by putting it under .pride is something that could be discussed, although not a priority
