New feature: Interior payoffs #55
Description
Interior payoffs aren't currently supported. They could be supported in two ways:
- either by handling and displaying them in the way gambit does, or
- supporting their import from efg xml files, by pushing (adding) their values to all of the children of the interior node that contains them
